Tiree Kayak Hire as the name suggests only offers a hire service to its customers at present. Marti and Iona Larg were inspired to start the hire business since it was something that they enjoyed doing themselves and thought that maybe it would be something that others would also enjoy.
Marti is a windsurfer and kitesurfer and has been for many years but also enjoys paddling around Tiree’s coastline taking in the beautiful scenery when the wind is not strong enough for his other hobbies.
Iona learnt to windsurf when she was a young girl and has always enjoyed being in and around the water.
They are both enthusiastic and helpful.
