What We Offer
Tiree Kayak Hire was set up in the summer of 2004 by Marti and Iona Larg. Kayaking is one of the less extreme watersports but that is not to say the least enjoyable. Based at Gott Bay it provides the perfect opportunity for families of all ages to enjoy a leisurely recreational activity together.
The kayaks on offer are suitable for two adults and are easy enough for younger children to use too. They are comfortable having supportive backrests and are very stable. However, should you manage to fall out they are extremely easy to get back into and are unsinkable.
Tiree of course has much more to see than Gott Bay. You are welcome to hire our kayaks and take them elsewhere. However we would suggest that only experienced paddlers should consider this as an option.
